The LCA class had a fantastic Hotel Catering and Tourism trip to Fitzpatrick's hotel , Killiney today. They interviewed a number of staff members- Managing Director, Marketing staff( Alisha Trainer a past pupil of Rockford Manor) , Accountants manager, Duty manager and receptionist. They students were given a tour of the hotel (and saw the many function rooms, suites and hotel rooms, gym, pool) and learned to make 'mocktails' and how to fold serviettes in a variety of ways by Liam O'Sullivan, the HR manager. He was extremely friendly and helpful to the girls throughout the trip. The girls were served a lovely lunch by 2 ex-pupils from Rockford Manor.
